1. WORLDTEACH BENEFITS
How are my reported seminars accumulated towards qualifying for benefits?
You can submit your WorldTeach in any way, be it online, per SMS, per email or mail. The report submission date is used for recording and benefit purposes, not the actual date the seminar took place. For every three (3) WorldTeach Reports you submit you are entitled to claim a benefit. None of the three WorldTeach Reports you are claiming on can be older than 18 months. It is very important to use the same name every time so that your WorldTeach Report can be linked.

– If you qualify for multiple vouchers during the calendar year you can use them all.
During the year the benefits you can select from at the time of submitting your WorldTeach Claim may change. The goal would be to keep the benefits motivational though.
2. WORLDTEACH REPORTING
How do I submit my WorldTeach Report?
How many times can I report?
Report as many unique seminars as possible – that is the whole idea! Teach, teach and teach for LifeChange! You can report any past seminar from previous years, if not previously reported to WorldTeach. You can only report each individual seminar once.
Why do I need to report my seminars?
The only way we can know what God is doing during your seminars is by you completing the WorldTeach Report. Making disciples is about changed lives. We want to know about the changes that took place in your seminar. The WorldTeach Report is the way you let us know. In WorldTeach we talk about BIG changes and BIG numbers. We need to record these numbers accurately. The WorldTeach Report is the way you let us know. The WAR story is an important part of the WorldTeach Report. Reporting is the way you can get in line for benefits. Also, it allows WorldTeach to know who is actually teaching for LifeChange so that you can be encouraged and further equipped.
What is a WAR story?
The submission of a WAR story along with your WorldTeach Report is not a requirement.WAR stands for Wonderful And Reliable. It is a Wonderful And Reliable account of LifeChange experienced by an individual or the group while conducting your seminar. This is also known as a testimony. Get talking to people who are attending the seminar. Ask them what God has been teaching them. Or ask them what they have learnt over the last few weeks at the seminar. Ask them if they would mind telling you how this seminar has helped them just to encourage you. Ask them if the seminar has made an impact on them or changed them in any way. These are all ways to get to hear the WAR stories that are taking place in your seminars. Keep it short, covering the important details, but leaving out anything that may be confidential (or leave out names). Upon submission you allow WorldTeach the right to use this WAR story as it sees fit.
Why would WorldTeach like digital photos of seminars?
The submission of digital photos along with your WorldTeach Report is not a requirement. If you don’t have any photos you can submit the report without them. Digital photos bring WAR stories to life and help motivate and encourage others as to what the Lord is doing. Digital photos will be appropriately used in WorldTeach publications, reports, websites and e-mails. Also, in report submissions containing a large number of attendees, a digital photo may be required to verify the size of the audience. Upon submission you allow WorldTeach the right to use these digital photos as it sees fit.
3. WORLDTEACH SEMINARS
Am I allowed to copy or duplicate any of the resources?
No, none of the resources may be copied or duplicated, unless that resource comes with express permission to do so. Please report any duplicated resource that you come across so that Walk Thru the Bible can follow this up in a Biblical manner and correct the situation. Feel free to contact Walk Thru the Bible for discounted pricing, if needed. We’ll do all we can to make it possible for you to use the resources. Please click here form more information on Walk Thru the Bible’s policies and procedures, including discounts and duplication.
Are there WorldTeach certificates available to attendees of my seminars?
Not at the moment, but WorldTeach Southern Africa is working on a practical solution to this need. The availability of WorldTeach certificates will be announced in future PostCards editions – subscribe today.
Can I charge a fee for my seminars?
That is your decision. How you facilitate your seminars, how much you charge (if anything) and how you decide to structure your seminars is totally up to you. If you choose to charge a fee, there is no royalty payable to WorldTeach Southern Africa.
Can I teach and report my seminars without using workbooks?
Yes, you can. You are encouraged to use workbooks, but it is not required in order to teach or report. The use of the official workbooks is highly recommended as it greatly enhances the learning experience and thus maximizes your time as a teacher.
In what language can I teach the seminars?
Teach the seminars in your mother tongue. WorldTeach is committed to making disciples of all nations. Part of this commitment is demonstrated by us encouraging WorldTeachers to teach the WorldTeach seminars themselves in their mother tongue to audiences that prefer being ministered to in their own language.
What can I do to make my seminars most effective?
Pray. God wants to change people to be more in the image of Christ. We need to make sure that we have already invited God to be a part of the seminar, when we teach. Remember Jesus’ promise in John 15. If we abide in Him, we will bear much fruit, BUT without Him we can do nothing. Prayer is one of the ways we abide in Him. In prayer we tell Jesus that we are dependant on Him to change the people to be more mature disciples. Pray expectantly for LifeChange in the people who attend your seminar. 2 Timothy 2: 21-22, people who are committed to personal holiness will be useful to the Master, prepared for every good work. Also, helpful hints, checklists and training opportunities will be announced in future PostCards editions – subscribe today. In small groups, to one other person, at church, in a business, at school, colleges, universities, training institution, hospitals, old-age homes, orphanages, prisons, security forces, etc. Teach wherever you can imagine and where the Lord has given you influence and access. No exclusive rights are afforded to any WorldTeacher based on geography, denomination or any other criteria. WorldTeachers are encouraged to maximise their own influence and assist fellow WorldTeachers within their sphere of influence. WorldTeachers are further encouraged to initiate teaching to new groups, and to follow-up on groups previously taught.
